Jack’s Team welcomes runners who obtained race entry during Chicago Marathon Open Registration. Plus, we have post-close entries for runners who missed Open Registration. To register for our team and/or to request a post-close entry, click "Join the Team".
Jack Marston, a four time Chicago Marathon finisher, lost his battle with melanoma at the age of 47. Jack’s Team runs in honor and memory of all who have fought cancer. Add meaning to your marathon by raising funds for vital melanoma research and awareness programs. All endurance athletes, with prolonged exposure to sun, are at risk for melanoma. Runner Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed the fundraising goal
- Payment of race entry fee
- Arrange and purchase all travel, hotels, transportation
- Train hard and run a great race!
Fundraising Goal - $1000
- All runners joining the team are encouraged to set their goal at or above $1000 and strive to do their personal best!
